A2.はい、カヌー・SUPともに初心者の方も安心してご参加いただけます。開始前にガイドが漕ぎ方・安全について丁寧にご案内します。
Yes. Canoe and SUP activities are beginner-friendly. Our guide explains paddling and safety before you start.

A3.事前予約をおすすめしています。当日の空きがあればご案内できる場合もありますが、週末や夏休み期間は満席になることがあります。
Advance booking is recommended. Same-day participation may be possible if spots are available, but weekends and summer holidays can fill up.

A4.白樺湖畔の桟橋付近までお越しください。湖畔にカヌーが並んでいる場所が目印です。現地にはガイドがおりますので、到着後にお声がけください。駐車場の場所もその場でご案内します。
Please come to the pier area by Lake Shirakaba. You will see canoes lined up near the lakeside. Our guide will be there and can show you where to park when you arrive.

A5.はい、近くの公共駐車場をご利用いただけます。現地のガイドが空き状況に合わせてご案内しますので、まずは桟橋付近の受付場所までお越しください。
Yes. Public parking is available nearby. Please come to the reception area near the pier first, and our guide will show you where to park depending on availability.

A6.カヌー体験は基本的に濡れにくいため、着替えは必須ではありません。スニーカーなど普段の靴でも参加できます。旅行中の方でも気軽にご参加いただけます。SUPは濡れる可能性があるため、タオル・着替え・濡れてもよい服装があると安心です。
For canoe tours, a change of clothes is usually not required because you are less likely to get wet. Sneakers or regular shoes are fine, so travelers can join casually. For SUP, you may get wet, so we recommend bringing a towel, change of clothes, and clothes that can get wet.

A7.体験料金・レンタル料金には、必要な道具、ライフジャケット、保険が含まれています。SUPレンタルにはSUP本体・パドル・ライフジャケット・保険が含まれます。
The price includes necessary equipment, life jacket, and insurance. SUP rental includes the SUP board, paddle, life jacket, and insurance.

A8.はい。初めての方には、開始後約20分でパドル講習・安全講習・エリア説明・注意事項の説明を行ってからレンタルスタートとなります。過去に経験がある方は、注意事項の説明のみで早めにスタートすることもできます。ご予約時や受付時にお選びください。
Yes. Beginners receive about 20 minutes of paddling instruction, safety briefing, area explanation, and important notes before rental starts. Experienced paddlers can choose to start sooner after a short safety briefing.

A9.ご希望があれば、出艇時に桟橋からガイドが写真撮影をします。旅の思い出づくりにお気軽にお声がけください。
If you would like, our guide can take photos from the pier when you start. Please feel free to ask.

A10.基本的には雨でも開催しています。必要に応じてレインウェアを無料でお貸し出しし、安全に配慮して実施します。ツアー開始時に雨が降っている場合は、ツアー開始前にご連絡いただければキャンセル料はいただきません。雨が見込まれる場合は、前日や翌日など別日程への振替も可能です。日程変更の手数料は無料で、その場合のキャンセル料もいただいておりません。大雨・落雷・強風など危険が伴う場合は主催者側から開催中止を決定します。その場合もキャンセル料はかかりません。
Activities usually run even in rain. Rainwear can be borrowed for free when needed, and we operate with safety in mind. If it is raining at the tour start time, there is no cancellation fee as long as you contact us before the tour begins. If rain is expected, you may reschedule to another date, such as the day before or the following day. Rescheduling is free, and no cancellation fee is charged in that case. In case of heavy rain, thunder, strong wind, or unsafe conditions, we may cancel the activity for safety. No cancellation fee will be charged in that case.

A11.はい、カヌーは3歳から参加できます。SUPはプランや条件により異なりますので、予約時にご確認ください。
Yes. Children can join canoe tours from age 3. SUP participation depends on the plan and conditions, so please check when booking.

A12.カヌーは愛犬と一緒に参加できるプランがあります。犬用ライフジャケットの数には限りがあるため、事前予約時にお知らせください。
Dog-friendly canoe plans are available. Dog life jackets are limited, so please let us know when booking.

A13.白樺湖では、安全管理・水質保全のため、個人でお持ちの艇（SUP・カヌー等）の持ち込みでのご利用はお断りしております。レンタルまたはツアーをご利用ください。
For safety management and water environment protection, personal SUPs, canoes, or kayaks are not allowed on Lake Shirakaba. Please use our rental or guided tour services.
